After you fill out the form on the “Sign up now” button (or “Group Sign Up” under services in the navigation bar) you will receive a phone call to confirm that this is the right group for you, and you will receive the address to the group the week before our first session.

  • Unfortunately, do the nature of our group we are not currently offering a virtual option. Logistically, trying to balance in-person group members and virtual members is a bit outside of our scope!

  • Actually… No! As long as you have experienced a difficult or traumatic birth and are planning on getting pregnant again - or are pregnant - you are welcome to come!

  • We have made this program free to reach as many people as possible, because of this we ask that you use the money you’d spend for a comparable group for childcare.
